Our Process

Ordering custom floor vents or stair nosing is simple: place your order, provide the customer’s exact flooring material, and Timmerman handles the rest, with most custom products completed within 5 business days once the material is checked in. Retailers and trade professionals: enroll in our Dealer Program to access exclusive trade pricing and streamlined ordering benefits.

1. Order & Material Coordination

Place your order by following the simple steps provided. After the order is submitted, Timmerman waits for the customer’s exact flooring material to arrive.

If the material is being shipped, we’ll check it in once received. For local orders, material can be dropped off directly.

2. Precision Crafting

Once the flooring material is checked in, your order quickly enters production. Each piece is crafted to match the selected material and fit the needs of the project.

Most orders are completed within 5 business days from check-in.

3. Fulfillment & Delivery

When production is complete, your order is packaged and promptly shipped. For local orders, a pickup notification is sent once everything is ready.

Our goal is to make the process smooth, clear, and easy from order placement to final delivery.
