Our vents and stairnosing is made directly from your actual flooring, giving us 100% certainty of blending with your floors color, texture, and sheen, because it IS your floor.
Every vent is very heavy duty with metal reinforcement to ensure it holds up to the heaviest of traffic. They are industry tested and withstand static weight well over 800lbs
For “VENTS” Timmerman can make vents out of virtually every flooring but stone. So, go ahead and order great looking vents in LVP, Engineered Wood, Solid Wood, Laminate, LVT, Bamboo. (minimum 5mm thick)
For “STAIRNOSING” Timmerman offers the following materials: Engineered Wood and Solid Wood. We do not manufacture LVP stairnosing.

We do not make full treads, but our custom stair nosing is the perfect solution for any staircase. Your flooring installer can easily combine our nosing with your floor planks to complete your steps.
We can manufacture custom stair nosing from almost any solid hardwood, and engineered wood.

Absolutely. Your HVAC system is complex and relies on adequate airflow to perform as intended. Timmerman vents are designed to maximize that movement, and the testing reflects it. In fact, our vents deliver up to 60% better airflow than comparable vents.
Yes, control your airflow with ease. Our vents feature trimmable magnetic backings on the reverse side, allowing you to partially or completely block airflow to fit your preferences.
Timmerman proudly offers vents for all standard ducts sizes. Return air vents do have some restrictions so please double check if ordering large cold air return sizes.
Yes, absolutely! These vents can be installed during the flooring install or later. Cutout template frames are available for purchase to assist with this.
Measure the ACTUAL DUCT size at home. The final vent size is enlarged to set on the floor over the ductwork.

Please provide 2 SQUARE FEET of material per vent. A little extra is better than not enough. Please note, although vents are viewed as small parts, they do require the material to be a minimum of 20” long. Keep in mind - what you send is what you get back, if there are irregularities or character traits, they will be incorporated into the product.
Please provide specific lengths and quantities as follows: If ordering 5’ stairnose, please provide one wide plank(5” & wider) 5’ long. If you have narrow planks (Under 5”) it will require two planks 5’ long combined per stairnosing.
Please include an additional spare pc (2’min) to set equipment and test.
Not a problem. When ordering, specify the length of each run. For example, Stairnosing needed: 2pcs at 4’, 1pc at 11’, 1pc at 9’.
Timmerman stairnosing will maintain the factory ends in these situations and installers can install with factory joints staggered to the rest of the floor.
YES! It certainly is ideal in most situations and has been a favorite approach for both those who ship and also those in the local market over the years. This allows for less sorting and initial calculating, creating a more efficient hand off.
For local pick ups, ALL unused material gets returned with completed order so none is wasted. If an order is getting shipped, any unused material will NOT be returned.
Note: Stairnose orders with specific lengths provide a challenge to be precise but estimating the pcs per box has had very successful results.
